Theme: “ATONG IBALIK ANG KASADYA SA PASKO SA LOOC, NGA KITA TANAN MAGKATAPOK” CONTEST RULES & MECHANICS: 1. Contest is open to all (17) puroks of Barangay Looc , 1 entry per purok in coordination with the Purok In Charge and the rest of the associations and groups: Kababayn-an (KALIPI & AKOBABAE), SK Youth, & ALIVE Looc Member. 2. The Parol/ Lantern and Christmas Tree must be made of INDIGENOUS & RECYCLE MATERIALS. 3. The “ PAROL / LANDTERN” should not be less than the size of 1.5 meters in LENGTH & WIDTH. The Christmas Tree should not be less than length of 6 Feet. 4. Lighting must be added to enhance the visual appeal of the parol and x-mas tree. 5. The Lantern & X-mas Tree must be place at beside of the road per purok. 6. Cleanliness should be apply all the time. 7. The decision of the judges is FINAL. CRITERIA : Originality 20 % This release to the distinctiveness of the designs and colors. Creativity 20 % This pertains to the aesthetics and coherence of the design and the application of colors, shapes, lines, textures and other artistic element. Craftsmanship 20 % This refers to the effective translation of the concept and design through using indigenous and recycled materials. Appeal & Impact ( Day ) 10 % The appearance and appeal of the lantern/xmas tree and Christmas feeling evoked during the day. Appeal & Impact ( Night ) 20 % The total appearance and appeal of the lantern/xmas tree and Christmas feeling evoked during the night as enhanced by the lights system integrated. Cleanliness 10% Maintaining clean and organized presentation all the time, including the 10 meters perimeter of the said area of display. TOTAL of 100% Official Judging will start on December 8 onwards (until the awarding); Random judging will be done accordingly.
