Nagtutok kini sa primary ug preventive healthcare—aron sayo pa lang mahibal-an na ang posibleng sakit, mahatagan dayon og hustong tambal, ug malikayan nga mograbe ang kondisyon o kinahanglan pa ma-confine sa ospital.

Ang mga rehistradong miyembro sa PhilHealth ug ilang kwalipikadong dependents mahimong mopili ug magparehistro sa usa ka accredited nga YAKAP Clinic, nga mahimong ilang regular nga health-care provider.
